About these terms

Torsivity is operated by Disit Precision, 31, Viva Industrial Park, Rohisa, Gujarat 387130, India. By using our website or confirming an order, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

Products

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different across screens, and products may have small variations where disclosed. Product dimensions should be checked before ordering. Availability can change before an order is confirmed.

Orders and prices

An enquiry or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed when we agree on the product, price, shipping charge, delivery details, and payment terms. Prices are shown or quoted in the stated currency and include all applicable taxes. Any shipping charge is shown separately, and the final payable amount is confirmed before payment.

If a price, description, or availability is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before accepting the order. If we discover an error after payment, you may accept the correction or receive a full refund. We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock issues, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an obvious error.

Payment and cancellation

Use only payment details provided through our official contact channels. Never share a card PIN, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking password with us. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds Policyapplies.

Shipping

We currently ship within India. Our dispatch targets, estimated delivery windows, and address rules are explained in the Shipping Policy. If we introduce international shipping in the future, applicable shipping charges, duties, and import taxes will be disclosed before payment where possible. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.

Using the products safely

Follow any supplied installation, hanging, cleaning, weight, and safety instructions. Use suitable hardware and professional help where needed. Keep decor and packaging away from children where they may present a sharp-edge, choking, falling, or suffocation risk.

Website content and external services

The Torsivity name, branding, photographs, product designs, and website content may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, or other services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and policies.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was confirmed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction, including those in Gujarat, may hear disputes. Any mandatory consumer rights available where you live continue to apply. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue fairly.
